What is your return policy?
We have a 60 day return policy. Items must be in new, unopened condition.
When will I get my order?
Most orders received by 11 AM Central will be shipped out same day. In some scenarios, garnishes will be made to order and can take 24-48 hours to ship. Delivery time depends on the shipping speed you choose, with standard ground shipping typically taking 3 days.
Where are your products made?
Our dehydrated garnishes are made in the heart of Houston, TX. Our other ingredients and garnishing tools are sourced from the highest quality producers around the world.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free in the US on all orders $45 or greater. For orders under $45, we charge a flat rate of $5.
For international orders, shipping is calculated at checkout.
