Ingredients

  • 1.75 oz tequila (blanco or reposado)
  • 3/4 oz triple sec
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • Ice
  • 1 Persian Lime Garnish wheel (dehydrated lime slice)
  • Optional: salt for rim

Instructions

  1. Prep your glass. If you like a salted rim, run a lime wedge around the edge of a rocks glass and dip it in coarse salt. Fill the glass with fresh ice and set aside.
  1. Combine ingredients. Add tequila, triple sec, fresh lime juice, and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
