How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email us at info@thegarnishguys.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and step-by-step instructions.

Eligibility

Returned items must be:

  • In the same condition you received them (unused and undamaged)

  • In their original packaging, unopened with tags still attached

  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us right away at info@thegarnishguys.com. We’ll replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to process the refund.
