Thank you for shopping with The Garnish Guys. We do our best to make sure your order ships quickly and arrives safely.
This Shipping Policy explains how we handle processing, delivery times, shipping costs, and related information for orders placed on thegarnishguys.com.
1. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another notification when it ships.
During high-volume periods, processing may take up to 3–4 business days. If we expect any delay beyond that, we’ll notify you by email.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50 (after discounts and before taxes).
For orders under $50, shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (available at checkout for an additional cost)

Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (available on select items)
Delivery times are estimates only and begin after your order has shipped. Weather, carrier delays, or high-volume seasons may affect delivery times.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.
If you have not received tracking details within three business days, please contact us at info@thegarnishguys.com.
4. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia.
We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes, U.S. territories, or international destinations outside the United States.
We plan to offer international shipping soon — stay tuned for updates.
5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once an order leaves our facility, title and risk of loss pass to you.
However, if your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not arrive at all, please contact us right away at info@thegarnishguys.com and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier, but we’ll do our best to assist you.
6. Shipping to Multiple Addresses
If you’d like to ship items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each destination.
We are unable to split a single order across multiple shipping addresses.
7. Pre-Orders and Backorders
If an item is marked as pre-order or backordered, the estimated ship date will be displayed on the product page.
Your payment will be processed at the time of purchase, and we’ll notify you as soon as your order ships.
8. Order Changes and Cancellations
Once an order has been submitted, it enters our processing system immediately and cannot always be modified or canceled.
If you need to change your shipping address or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@thegarnishguys.com, and we’ll do our best to help.
