Some items from The Garnish Guys may be available as subscriptions, pre-orders, or try-before-you-buy purchases.
This policy explains how each of these options works, and how you can make changes or cancellations.
1. Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency and duration you select at checkout.
Your payment details are stored securely, and you’ll be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term. If you don’t wish to renew, you can cancel at any time before the next billing cycle.
You can manage, change, or cancel your subscription anytime using the link provided in your order confirmation email, or by contacting us at info@thegarnishguys.com.
All cancellations or changes made before the next billing date will take effect immediately.

2. Pre-Orders
When you purchase a pre-order item, you’re reserving a product that is out of stock or not yet released.
At checkout, we may:

Collect no payment or a partial deposit, and
-
Store your payment method for the remaining balance.
You can cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled by contacting us at info@thegarnishguys.com.
Once a pre-order has been fulfilled and shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may request a refund under our Return Policy.
3. Try Before You Buy
For “try before you buy” products, we will authorize (but not immediately charge) your payment method when you place your order.
You’ll then have a trial period—typically 7 days from delivery—to decide whether to keep or return the item.
If you choose to keep it, or if you do not return it within the trial period, your payment method will be charged automatically for the full amount.
If you decide not to keep the item, return it within the trial window in its original condition and packaging as outlined in our Return Policy.
